If you are interested in working in a multinational Wind energy company, Join Vestas as Reporting & Controlling Senior Manager and be part of a global leader in Wind Energy.**Responibilities**Brazil Finance Director, reporting to Latin America CFO and responsible for Brazil and the scope will be mainly:- Ensure accounting and tax compliance with IFRS, Brazil GAPP and Vestas GAAP- Tax audit in the sub-region- Comply with internal and external audits- Cash management and reporting- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies- Sarbanes Oxley controls review and implementation- Support, motivate and develop the Reporting & Consilidation Team in Brazil**Qualifications**- Accountant with post-graduate studies in Taxes, relevant professional experience a Head of a Finance department in Brazil for a multinational company.- Deep knowledge and understanding of IFRS and local Gap- Solid knowledge and experience handling tax planning, tax optimization, tax reimbusement requests, SOX controls.- Experience dealing with banks, insurance companies, internal and external auditors and Tax Authorities.**Competencies**- Leadership to support. motivate and develop your team- Role model for your team- Solutions oriented / Business partner mentality- Ability to see "the forest and the trees"- Ability to learn, to teach, to work on multicultural and multitasking groups- English language advanced skills**What We Offer**Life at Vestas is many things - exciting, rewarding, fun and exciting.
