**Descrição da vaga**:Buscamos um(a) Account Executivo(a) Sênior com forte experiência em relacionamento com clientes corporativos, para atuar com soluções de seguros e benefícios (vida, saúde, odontológico, previdência, entre outros). Esse(a) profissional será responsável por gerir a carteira de clientes e identificar oportunidades de cross-sell e upsell dentro de sua base.**Responsabilidades**:Gerenciar e expandir carteira de clientes ativos, garantindo alto nível de satisfação e retenção;Atuar de forma consultiva, entendendo as necessidades específicas de cada cliente;Trabalhar em parceria com times internos (técnico, operações, pós-vendas) para garantir a entrega das soluções contratadas;Monitorar tendências de mercado e concorrência.**Requerimentos**:Conhecimento do mercado de corretoras ou seguradoras.Pacote Office
