Finance Analyst

Role Overview The Finance Analyst will be a key partner supporting the business, working closely with commercial teams to oversee administrative functions that support the company's sales team. The analyst supports the Finance Manager in overseeing discounts, controlling sales resources, and establishing KPIs related to investment cases, predictive volume, pricing, competitive reviews, etc. Key Responsibilities Analyze key account customer contracts and ensure accruals are properly reflected in the Financial Statement. Support the Finance Manager by ensuring compliance with rebate agreements and discounts and addressing any discrepancies. Assist in preparing documentation for audits and other regulatory requirements. Help develop and maintain revenue policies and procedures. Calculate and provide accruals for sales commissions, free goods, and trade marketing allowance funds. Prepare reports tracking the usage of free goods by department. Maintain and analyze the entries of TMA funds in the system (MRM/SAP), validating supporting documentation and ensuring payment of customer promotions and distributor discounts. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the sales administration function. Provide support on special projects, including market research and ROI for commercial calendar activities. Monitor data on price, distribution, visibility, and other key metrics, identifying trends and proposing adjustments or improvements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on financial initiatives. Oversee pricing registration and calculation (SAP, BFSO, KAMs updating) and measure the impact of each price change. Monitor and report on KPIs to track progress against sales targets. Maintain accuracy of Market Research Data Systems (Neogrid, Nielsen, TAGG). Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in commercial finance, sales administration, pricing, or related fields. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Demonstrated organization, prioritization, and initiative while managing multiple projects. Knowledge of computer operation and systems, including proficiency in Tableau, SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to formulate responses and compose memos or project reports. Proficiency in English; Spanish communication is a plus. Strong relationship skills and a collaborative approach across diverse areas and job levels. Ability to work in a high‑pressure environment and meet deadlines.
