**We are searching the best talent for Jr Financial Analyst to be in Sao Jose dos Campos.**

**Purpose**:The Consumer Supply Chain - Source Finance Jr. Analyst will provide direct support to LATAM Source Finance team. This role will support, Procurement Leadership team and Finance Leadership to achieve visibility on numbers, address risks & opportunities, short-term financial performance commitments and assess strategic opportunities.

Source Finance Jr. Analyst will support on continues improvements for financial processes and Procurement Global tool implementation. In addition to that the analyst will support with analytics for Business Planning, Actual Results and the periodic Forecast Updates processes, ensuring the reliability of the information and its timely submission. He/she will partner with Procurement team and Source finance team to analyze commentary on budget vs actual drivers, operational metrics, and frame results.

This role will identify and implement opportunities to enhance financial analytics, capabilities within their finance team, work in simplification, standardization, agility, provide clear information to support decision making and influence the business.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Excel Performance analytics and reporting: Review and communicate performance drivers, metrics, risks and opportunities and associated action plans;
- Support continuous improvements for financial processes/analytics and other ad hoc analyses/projects;
- Planning and Forecasting: Work with business partners to challenge assumptions, build models, review financial outputs with management, and influence decision making;
- Strategy and Decision Support: Provide financial support to business cases for investment decisions and cost savings opportunities and actively contribute to site strategy and master plan;
- Audit and Compliance: oversite of internal controls for both US/SOX and local statutory requirements, support internal/external audits.

- Bachelor or equivalent (complete or in progress)
- English (mandatory)
- Advanced
- Strong collaboration and demonstrated business parterning with the ability to influence;
- Professional with strong communication skills, able to interact with senior management;
- Strong analytical capabilities;
- General knowledge of supply chain processes
