**Descrição**:Direct and oversee all accounting and financial activities in an organizational unit in support of overall objectives and to ensure the achievement of revenue and profitability goals as well as future business growth objectives. Experience in payment industry. Directs the accounting and finance activities of an organizational unit in support of revenue and profitability goals Establishes objectives, practices, procedures and initiatives typically relying on corporate senior management for setting strategic direction, guidance and company-wide policies Administers organization's policies through subordinate managers and directs and coordinates accounting and financial activities Provides leadership including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development and mentoring Monitors staff performance works with employees to implement goals and document progress and works with Human Resources on employee related issues Directs resources in a cost-effective, innovative mann
