Lead Visual Designer We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Visual Designer to join our team. About the Role The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their ability to design visually stunning websites. They will be responsible for leading the design team to create high-quality web experiences that meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and translate them into compelling web experiences; Work closely with UI and branding teams to ensure cohesion across touchpoints; Guide the team in building landing pages, homepages, product pages, and other website elements; Help evolve and maintain web design systems and components; Create ideas to optimize sites for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility; Stay up-to-date with design trends and share knowledge with the team. Requirements: Strong English skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 10+ years of experience in Web Design/UI, preferably in SaaS or tech industries; 3+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams; A killer portfolio that showcases visual and technical skills; Solid knowledge of Framer, Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop; A passion for sleek, clean, and functional design; Ability to manage time and deadlines independently. Bonus Points: Experience in UX design; Motion design or video editing skills; Experience working with developers or low-code tools like Webflow.
