Marketing Content Specialist Job Description As a Marketing Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and distributing engaging content across various platforms to drive customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: Content Harvesting: Collect and curate compelling stories from customers to fuel daily content creation. Ad Development: Use AI tools to craft hooks, edit clips, and assemble ad variants that resonate with our target audience. Publishing: Publish proof-driven content on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, as well as send targeted emails. Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of creative assets and track cost per engaged lead. Success Metrics: 10-50 new ad variants per week Daily organic posts across social media platforms Two email campaigns per week built from real customer successes 70%+ of content sourced from actual customer experiences Requirements: A fast-executing individual who thrives in shipping high-quality content daily Proficiency in short-form editing using tools like CapCut, Descript, or OpusClip Ability to write concise copy, including hooks, CTAs, and captions AI-native proficiency, utilizing ChatGPT or Claude in workflow Organized, fluent in English, and eager to learn and grow Tools and Software: ChatGPT Claude Descript OpusClip Canva Lumen5 CapCut Publer HubSpot/HighLevel Notion Zapier/Makes
