Job Overview We are seeking an accomplished Video Editor & Creative Producer to craft captivating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms. This role involves editing engaging videos for various social platforms, adding captions, text overlays, dynamic pacing, and platform-native styling. Develop multiple variations of each concept Work with raw UGC footage from creators Collaborate with the team to execute creative ideas Organize files, maintain version control, and meet weekly output targets Requirements include proven experience editing short-form content, strong proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similar, good sense of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and visual rhythm, ability to produce content quickly and consistently, portfolio of UGC-style or TikTok-style videos required, creative thinker with strong attention to detail, organized, self-directed, and comfortable with fast iteration. Key Responsibilities * Produce high-quality, engaging video content that meets client expectations * Develop and implement creative ideas in collaboration with the team * Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and maintain effective communication with the team * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
