Team Overview We are looking for a customer-centric operations analyst to join the 99Food Delivery team. Our mission is to build the best experience for our couriers and to drive strategic and sustainable growth. In this role, you will work on cross-functional strategic projects, and will be responsible for supporting data analyses that will help shape our business strategy. This includes creating business hypotheses, testing them, and developing solutions to improve our growth. You will have opportunities to improve both technical and business skills through industry experience. Role Responsibilities Creating SQL queries to help analyze business metrics; Conducting A/B tests on Marketplace metrics and assisting teams in decision-making; Acting as a focal point for projects related to improving our Product solutions; Coordinating with Marketing, Legal, Operations, Product, Research, Safety, and other areas on project deliverables; Organizing project information and transparently communicating developments and results to other teams.
