Role Summary This position reports to the Manager of Treasury Operations and is based in São Paulo, Brazil. The Senior Global Treasury Analyst – Operations will support the global Treasury organization regarding internal controls and compliance, and will engage with both internal and external counterparties to ensure flawless execution of global Treasury back-office operations. Key Responsibilities Confirm, settle, and reconcile financial transactions to ensure timely verification, reconciliation of transactions, account balances and positions. Prepare hedge documentation and coordinate validation and sign-off. Maintain static data in Kenvue's treasury management system and coordinate system customizations with IT (i.e., SAP). Support the daily Treasury back-office trade confirmation. Act as stakeholder in Treasury projects and participate in ad-hoc projects to improve current treasury processes and technologies that facilitate operational efficiencies. Support regulatory compliance and implement operational changes as needed to maintain consistent compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks (Dodd-Frank, Emerging, etc.). Assist with the maintenance and review of treasury policies and procedures. Manage bank portal's user access for Treasury operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Minimum of 3 or more years of Treasury experience. Passion for digital enablement. Highly organized and able to balance multiple ongoing tasks and projects. Ability to develop strong working relationships with a broad range of individuals. Resourceful and driven self-starter. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe. Advanced / fluent English. Desired Qualifications Experience in Treasury Management Systems (SAP). Experience in System Implementation. Background in high-volume and complex environments. Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or services industries.
