TTS Data Business Associate

The Business Associate is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include contribution to external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Associate may assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount or coordination of other administrative needs. May work on ad hoc projects as requested.

• Interface with centralized staffing office on contractor hiring requirements and partner with business managers to forecast monthly headcount
• Consolidate bi-weekly Resource Justification submission requests for 'time and materials' and 'fixed price' resources globally
• Interface with global Relationship Managers to ensure suppliers are consistent with resource and location strategy
• Submit approval/disapproval of funds requests for budget reports and analyze monthly department reports to maintain expenditure controls
• Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations
• Complete compliance related activities and reporting
• Assist with real estate analytics and reporting
• Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation
• Review data for accuracy and create required reporting to manage the data
• Avoid risk by assessing business decisions in line with laws, rules and regulations, upholding policy, and escalating and reporting issues with transparency

• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Experience with databases and information management
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and Python)
• Teamwork, interpersonal relationships, ability to engage and drive other teams
• Fluent in both English and Spanish

• Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

As part of Platform Data Services team, Brazilian Data Analytics Team is responsible for improving data-driven culture across TTS areas/products in Brazil, focusing on understanding and commercializing global/regional solutions, and ensuring global strategy adoption in Brazil. The team also connects with regional/global peers, bringing ideas and improvements based on local best practices.

This position plays a key role as an enabler, ensuring correct understanding and commercialization of the Data strategies defined across the firm.

• Work in partnership with global data team to map, understand and commercialize global/regional solutions (models and tools)
• Document and provide necessary trainings for end users (such as Sales team, Product team, other Data teams, etc.)
• Explore the global Data Lake, validating, improving, and ingesting local data
• Explore the global environment seeking to combine multiple tech solutions (API connector, Data lake, Visualization tools, etc.)
• Maintain BAU activities, implement improvements on existing tools, improve user experience (UX), implement new tools/models/methods and lead campaigns (Data Driven Origination)
• Provide reports, structured analysis and presentations to senior management (daily, weekly and monthly)
• Manage new projects (Data Quality, Dashboards, Tools and others)
