Senior Manager/Director Corporate Communications

The Senior Manager / Director of Corporate Communications for Brazil at Keeta — the international division of Meituan, the largest and most advanced food delivery company in the world — will integrate the Communications Team of Keeta and work directly with Keeta's leadership team in the country to develop and execute the full Corporate Communications strategy as the company enters the local market, focusing on robust expansion and positive impact in the food delivery industry by bringing new technology and expertise.
This position reports to the Head of Public Relations in Brazil and requires extensive external Communications experience in innovative and fast-paced companies, preferably in the technology segment. Knowledge and experience in the food, beverage, or food delivery segments is a plus. Fluent Portuguese and English are required.
Responsibilities- Plan and execute Communications strategies and campaigns in Brazil, interacting directly with media, journalists and KOLs.
- Manage an external PR agency to support corporate communications efforts.
- Increase the impact of brand awareness in Brazil.
- Improve brand favorability.
- Maintain or improve tonality of earned media stories.
- Maintain integrated brand campaigns (cross-functional work with Marketing, Social Media, Business, Government Affairs and Internal Communications teams).
- Manage crisis / mitigate negative PR impact.
