About the Project As a Senior Backend Python Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the complete software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. Our team is focused on developing scalable and efficient systems that can handle millions of customers around the world. We use cloud platforms to ensure high availability and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Improve features, scalability, and reliability of the client platform by participating in technical & process improvements. Participate in scoping and designing new API features and subsystems. Work closely with other service teams to design, build, and develop systems that scale to millions of customers around the world, and run on multiple cloud platforms. Participate in healthy & effective engineering practices. Conduct code reviews to ensure code & architecture quality, write and review software design documents, and drive efficient and effective test automation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ Years of experience working with Python and Django web development. 3+ Years of experience working with SQL (Postgres preferred). Experience with Celery or other background task runners. Experience with consumer-facing applications and exposure to web/mobile front ends. Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients.
