About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support building and scaling our local team with sourcing, selecting and placing candidates across a variety of roles. Our ideal Recruiter is a self-learner & self-contributor, and values a dynamic environment at local driven venture backed by international headquarter in Singapore and a listed large corporate in Japan.

Responsibilities

  1. Recruit top tier professionals to join Credit Saison Brazil at all hierarchical levels;
  2. Understand deeply the hiring needs, partnering with our local Country Manager and the leadership team, as well as international stakeholders;
  3. Elaborate the hiring profile, description and relevant compensation package;
  4. Lead the process end-to-end, guaranteeing the best candidate experience, and keeping all interested parties updated on the process's status;
  5. Be the point of contact to external headhunters and other partners, building trust and assessing the deliverables quality with prompt feedback;
  6. Refine continuously the interview process to enhance the outcome quality;
  7. Build a solid local market network, constantly and proactively mapping profiles to create a pipeline of strong candidates;
  8. Carry out all types of recruitment, from passive to headhunting, referral processes, to collaborating with external recruiting partners;
  9. Be the Employer Branding advocate, providing ideas and conducting projects on new and effective actions for market positioning;
  10. Support in other related activities.

Requirements

  1. 10+ years of proven work experience, at least 3+ years as a Recruiter at neo bank (e.g. SCFI, Multiple bank);
  2. Solid understanding of company organizations and business models including overview of banking regulations;
  3. Fluent English (both verbal and written), and strong communication skills;
  4. Experience with international stakeholders;
  5. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
