Title and Summary
Associate Managing Consultant, Program Management, Advisors Client Services
- Formally trained in a range of project management and change management methodologies and techniques
- Formal accreditation in one or more recognized PM/PMO/ Change/Service management methodologies
- Able to plan and manage a multi-workstream program from inception to delivery providing support, direction and/or technical expertise to the project team across multiple disciplines and geographies
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Perform and articulate cost / benefit / risk analysis
- Able to define scope, timelines and budgets in clear, concise language both written and verbally
- Able to report on issues, risks, progress, timelines etc. accurately and summarize effectively offering analysis, options and credible solutions
- Creates stakeholder-ready presentations independently with logical storylines
- Has developed own presentation style and is a confident communicator in all program level presentations
- Possesses strong understanding of the Mastercard business, D&S Strategy, and how SPD fits into Strategy
- Develops strong presence in the client organization extending beyond the immediate boundaries of the program
- Is known across Client Services as a strong PMO practitioner and able to lead & follow as required on 'conventional' assignments
- Manage multiple projects within a portfolio providing efficient and effective coordination of a complex range of activities by clearly defining project team and stakeholder roles with responsibilities that are aligned with the delivery of the expected benefits
- Able to work independently, think laterally and manage multiple issues under the pressure of conflicting constraints and limited resources
- Delegates effectively downwards and upwards
- Consistently meets deadlines and plans ahead, including planning for risks
- Inspires confidence in clients through team's timely and reliable execution
- Engenders positive contributions to Knowledge Management and best practices

- Formulates potential Data and Services and/or Mastercard solutions to client challenges and brings them to the attention of the Client Business Leader in the form of a short 'Opportunity Statement'
- Is an Active Contributor to their core Practice
- Is an affiliate member of at least one other Practice
- Applies Practice related know-how and personal experience to suggest pragmatic, good practice solutions to program risks and issues
