Autonomy to propose solutions and contribute directly to product growth is key to your success. **Job Description:** As a Senior Product Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that enhance dispatch efficiency, improve merchant performance, and strengthen brand competitiveness. **Your Key Responsibilities:** Develop and implement strategies to optimize order dispatch based on meal preparation time; Continuously evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and make data-driven adjustments; Monitor merchant performance and analyze operational data to identify opportunities for product improvements within Dispatch; Evaluate user feedback, conduct research, and incorporate insights to enhance the experience of customers, merchants, and riders; Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support teams; Work directly with merchants and riders to understand their needs and challenges; Develop MarketRequirement Documents (MRDs) to capture and communicate operational needs and market opportunities; Ensure alignment between market requirements and overall business objectives; Support documentation,training materials, and product guides to ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption. **Required Skills and Qualifications: Availability to work on-site in São Paulo; Fluency in English andChinese (Mandarin); Proven experience in Product Operations or related fields; Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as SQL; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Previous experience inthe food delivery or F&B industry is a plus; Experience in project management and familiarity with PMO processes; Ability to create and manage detailed Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) with multiple stakeholders. **Benefits:* Meal and food allowance; Transportationallowance; Health and dental plan; Life insurance; Childcare assistance. **About Our Company:** We value innovation, learning, and collaboration.
