🎯 The Role

As Growth Specialist, you’ll be the engine behind our numbers.

You’ll design and run experiments, track performance metrics, and optimize our budget into measurable results.

Your mission: turn digital campaigns into sign-ups, and sign-ups into paid users.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

- Lead YaVendió’s growth dashboard and Digital Strategies
- Run experiments across paid media, landing pages, and conversion flows.
- Optimize our freemium → paid conversion funnel.
- Partner with product, marketing, and agencies to align growth strategies.
- Develop new acquisition channels
- Ensure campaigns are data-driven, KPI-focused, and scalable

✅ What You Bring

- Previous experience in growth, social media and digital marketing.
- Hands-on with paid media, analytics tools and KPIs.
- Comfort with fast-paced, startup environments.
