Growth Specialist – Verity A Verity está buscando novos talentos Somos uma consultoria de inovação e transformação digital e buscamos Growth Specialist para fazer parte dessa jornada. Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuar no acompanhamento e melhoria da performance de corretores, utilizando dados e ferramentas de CRM (Salesforce), com foco em estratégias de crescimento (SRO – Growth) e suporte à área de vendas. Principais responsabilidades Monitorar e analisar a performance dos corretores de forma recorrente (4x por semana), identificando tendências, gaps e oportunidades. Apoiar na implementação e evolução do CRM Salesforce, garantindo o uso adequado e aproveitamento máximo da plataforma. Conectar os indicadores de performance com as iniciativas do time de Growth (SRO), propondo ações para alavancar resultados. Estruturar relatórios e dashboards para acompanhamento dos resultados e apoio à tomada de decisão. Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas de negócios e tecnologia para garantir a integração de processos e consistência das informações. Requisitos e qualificações Experiência com Salesforce (CRM) – configuração, uso e análise. Conhecimento em métricas de performance comercial (especialmente corretagem/vendas). Vivência com rotinas de acompanhamento recorrente e análise de indicadores. Capacidade de traduzir dados em insights de negócio para Growth. Diferenciais Experiência em projetos de SRO / Growth. Habilidade em construção de dashboards (ex.: Power BI, Tableau). Boa comunicação para interação com diferentes stakeholders (corretores, gestores e áreas de apoio).
