Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and consumer-focused professional to join our Growth team. This role is responsible for creating and coordinating customer experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. Acting as a connector between CRM, Product and Marketing teams, this person will ensure that communications, events, benefits, and activations are aligned with our brand and deliver a superior experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate customer experiences, events, and benefits that enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with VIP, CRM, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent and impactful customer communication.
- Bring the customer perspective into every initiative, ensuring brand experiences are relevant and engaging.
- Act as a bridge across teams, aligning initiatives with Sportingbet’s brand positioning.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and cross-team alignment.
- Work closely with Data teams to define success metrics, track performance, and generate insights to continuously improve customer experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 4+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Marketing, CRM, or Project Management roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
- Creative mindset with strong customer orientation.
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
