About the team/role The Commercial Engagement & Communication Specialist energizes, informs, and aligns our inside sales team through strategic internal communication and high‑impact engagement initiatives. Partners with Commercial, Sales Operations, and regional leaders to craft campaigns, lead recognition rituals, and inspire alignment with performance goals. In this role, you'll be... Lead the communication and creative strategy behind all monthly, quarterly, and annual sales campaigns. Co‑design campaign themes, storytelling narratives, and gamification mechanics in partnership with Commercial leadership and Sales Ops. Ensure timely, clear, and inspiring communication of campaign rules, rewards, and progress updates through multi‑channel formats. Collaborate with Sales Ops to amplify campaign performance data in ways that engage and motivate the field. Driving Internal Engagement & Recognition Initiatives Design and execute scalable recognition rituals and motivation programs that reinforce top‑performing behaviors. Develop frameworks for team‑based celebrations, sales milestones, and cultural moments that foster pride and belonging. Partner with field leadership to implement regionalized engagement initiatives that respect local culture and performance dynamics. Own the narrative and branding of core commercial ceremonies and events (PEDs, sales kick‑offs, off‑sites, performance celebrations). Coordinate all pre‑event and post‑event communications, including save‑the‑dates, run‑of‑show briefs, speaker notes, and follow‑up highlights. Support production of visual assets and internal branding to ensure a cohesive and inspiring experience. Crafting Strategic Internal Messaging Build a consistent internal communication strategy for the commercial team, ensuring alignment, clarity, and connection to business priorities. Write and manage newsletters, product launch messages, leadership updates, and ad‑hoc comms that reflect tone, timing, and audience needs. Act as the storytelling voice of the Inside Sales team, celebrating wins, sharing learning moments, and reinforcing cultural pillars. Monitoring Sentiment & Performance Impact Partner with commercial leadership to pulse‑check morale, engagement, and message effectiveness. Track participation, feedback, and sentiment data to refine campaigns and communications for maximum impact. Use data and qualitative insights to continuously evolve the engagement and communication strategy in line with business outcomes. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, internal communications, marketing, employee engagement. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. Previous experience supporting commercial teams or performance‑driven environments is a plus. Preferred Skills Strong written communication skills (English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus). Experience organizing and communicating about internal events, incentive programs, or company rituals. Proficiency in design related tools. Familiarity with audiovisual content creation and internal communication channels. Comfort with performance and sentiment data to guide decision‑making.
