Job Title: Senior Customer Engagement Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer engagement specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our VIP customer segment by building strong client relationships, supporting engagement strategies, and improving the overall VIP experience. The role involves identifying and onboarding new VIP clients through prospecting and networking, managing VIP client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels, helping execute engagement and retention strategies to increase player loyalty, and designing and implementing VIP incentives, promotions, and personalized offers with senior team members. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to increase player loyalty and retention. Manage VIP client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement VIP incentives, promotions, and personalized offers. Monitor key performance metrics such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV). Skills & Qualifications: Proven account management, sales, or customer service experience, preferably in the betting or online gaming industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client relationships. Basic knowledge of sports betting and online casino market trends. Ability to work with data and reports to understand customer behavior and preferences. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
