Customer Operations Specialist Modus Create is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join our remote, full‑time team. In this role, you will drive operational excellence by managing data, processes, and systems that power our customer organization. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure teams are efficient, informed, and aligned. Key Responsibilities Manage staffing and resource allocation across customer teams to ensure optimal utilization. Manage and govern CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and effective change management. Conduct regular data analysis, monitoring, and reporting to deliver actionable insights into sales and operational performance. Oversee process management and policy documentation, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization. Maintain and organize Confluence and Jira spaces for documentation, tracking, and visibility. Continuously document and improve workflows to drive efficiency and scalability. Act as the "time cop" and data steward—ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and adherence to operational processes. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or program management (preferably within a customer‑facing or sales organization). Proven ability to manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Strong analytical skills and experience turning data into insights and action. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including VP and Executive‑level leaders. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Self‑starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
