Job Description

As a Senior Associate, you will work with a team of experienced professionals, helping clients meet their income tax compliance obligations. You will handle complex tax issues from strategy to execution, building trusted relationships and contributing to team success.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assist clients with their individual income tax compliance, including preparing computations and returns, and communicating with tax authorities.
  • Resolve issues that hinder effective teamwork, even during change and uncertainty.
  • Coach and develop team members, encouraging ownership of their growth.
  • Analyze complex ideas and propose meaningful recommendations.
  • Address sub-standard work to meet our and clients' expectations.
  • Develop insights on global trends affecting our clients and company.
  • Manage diverse viewpoints to build consensus and positive outcomes.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships.
  • Uphold the company's ethics and conduct standards.
Qualifications
  • Interest in digital trends, adaptable to new tools and work methods.
  • Commitment to diversity, coaching, and inclusive perspectives.
  • Experience in expatriate tax; knowledge of Taiwan personal income tax is a plus.
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience for senior roles; less experience considered for associate roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and assignments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, able to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Educational background in Business, Law, Economy, or International Relations.
  • Business development skills and enthusiasm for growing our Global Mobility Services practice.
