Job Overview

We are a leading provider of global mobility solutions, dedicated to connecting businesses worldwide. Our teams help companies streamline and effectively manage their global mobility programs, focusing on cross-border compliance and risk assessment in tax, immigration, business travel, rewards, and remote work.

As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to assist clients with their income tax compliance obligations. You will handle complex tax issues from strategy to execution, build trusted relationships, and contribute to team success.

  • Assist clients with individual income tax compliance, including computations and returns, and communicate with tax authorities.
  • Resolve teamwork issues even during change and uncertainty.
  • Coach and develop team members, encouraging ownership of growth.
  • Analyze complex ideas and propose meaningful recommendations.
  • Address sub-standard work to meet expectations.
  • Develop insights on global trends affecting clients and the organization.
  • Manage diverse viewpoints to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships.
  • Up holds the organization's ethics and conduct standards.
Requirements
  • Aptitude for digital trends, adaptable to new tools and work methods.
  • Commitment to diversity, coaching, and inclusive perspectives.
  • Experience in expatriate tax; knowledge of personal income tax is advantageous.
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience for senior roles; less experience considered for associate roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and assignments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, able to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Educational background in Business, Law, Economy, or International Relations.
  • Business development skills and enthusiasm for growing our Global Mobility Services practice.
