We are seeking an accomplished Global Mobility Specialist to join our dynamic team in Brazil.

This key role involves managing visa, work permit and immigration processes, ensuring compliance with local laws and timely execution.

You will oversee relationships with external vendors, define and implement policies and SOPs for immigration and relocation, supporting a scalable and compliant mobility framework.

As part of our global People team, you will partner with cross-functional teams on expatriate allowances, C&B policies, and relocation packages.

In addition to hands-on case support for employees and managers, you will monitor changes in Brazilian immigration legislation, proactively updating stakeholders and policies.

Candidates should possess a strong background in immigration or global mobility, ideally with experience in both corporate and vendor/consulting environments.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Brazilian immigration processes, stakeholder management, and policy creation/improvement in fast-paced environments.

A Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Administration, or related fields is required, along with advanced English language skills.

Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage due to communication requirements with our China HQ.

The successful candidate will be an integral member of our People team, driving seamless operations and delivering exceptional employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage visa, work permit, and immigration processes in Brazil

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Administration, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in immigration or global mobility
  • Strong expertise in Brazilian immigration processes
  • Proven stakeholder management and policy creation skills
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Mandarin proficiency (advantage)
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in Chinese companies or multicultural environments
  • Familiarity with expatriate assignment lifecycle
