Finance Assistant

Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance Business line in the in Belo Horizonte office.**About the role**:- Enter and schedule payments in the financial system.- Issue receipts and monitor the completion of payments.- File physical and digital documents related to payments.- Keep records updated and organized for audits.- Assist in verifying bank statements and financial entries.- Report inconsistencies to the analyst or direct supervisor.- Respond to questions about payment deadlines and status.- Forward requests for analysis or approval.- Monitor due dates and ensure payments are made on time.- Alert about pending items or overdue documents.- Participate in improvements to the accounts payable processes.**About you**:- Student of Accounting Sciences, Economics, or Business Administration- Technical degree in Accounting Sciences or Business Administration- knowledge of the Sapiens system are considered an advantage**Why Ausenco?**We support individual growth and aim to allow you to work in a way that plays to your strengths and cover your needs. **Get to know our value proposition**:- **Compensation and work life balance -**Beyond a competitive remuneration package.
