As a global leader in advanced analytics, technology solutions, and clinical research services, we empower our teams to make a real impact on the world of health.**Role Overview**We’re looking for an Associate Data Team Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of data management services across single or multi-service projects. You’ll ensure high-quality deliverables, lead project planning and execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.**Key Responsibilities**- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on data management deliverables.- Lead project planning, execution, and close-out activities with mínimal guidance.- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve data issues and ensure timely delivery.- Support financial tracking, budget management, and change order processes.- Contribute to process improvements and technology implementation initiatives.- Ensure compliance with GCPs, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences.- 1-2 years of direct data management experience, including at least 6 months as a CDM project lead (preferred).- Proven experience managing study delivery through the full data management lifecycle.- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and clinical development processes.- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.**Why Join Us?**At IQVIA, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous learning, and making a difference in global healthcare.
