Role Overview We’re looking for an Associate Data Team Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of data management services across single or multi-service projects. You’ll ensure high-quality deliverables, lead project planning and execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on data management deliverables. Lead project planning, execution, and close-out activities with minimal guidance. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve data issues and ensure timely delivery. Support financial tracking, budget management, and change order processes. Contribute to process improvements and technology implementation initiatives. Ensure compliance with GCPs, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences. 1–2 years of direct data management experience, including at least 6 months as a CDM project lead (preferred). Proven experience managing study delivery through the full data management lifecycle. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and clinical development processes. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Why Join Us?
