About Us

Peridot Financing Solutions was created by Blackstone in 2019 to facilitate the carve-out acquisition of a global technology firm’s trade finance platform. Peridot has built upon this acquisition and is currently operating in over 50 countries with more than 200 professionals overseeing annual volumes $40+bn. Our strategic plan includes further expansion through additional acquisitions as well as organic growth to become the market leading supply chain and trade finance company with the flexibility of a FinTech along with the support of world leading private equity firm.
**The Role**:
A credit analyst, also known as a credit risk analyst, determines the creditworthiness and risk profile of an individual or business by analyzing their financial data and deciding whether or not to extend them credit. Credit analysts must be able to handle very high levels of responsibility in their jobs. Credit Analyst will conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests, including new requests, changed requests, refinancing and annual due diligence. It is also responsibility of the Credit Analyst to provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk, especially that involve a borrower’s ability to repay.
**How You Will Make an Impact**:
- Gathering information about clients
- Reading financial briefings
- Assessing, analyzing and interpreting complicated financial information
- Keeping company credit exposures within set risk bearing limits
- Keeping knowledge of key issues up-to-date (for example legal, market risk and compliance issues)
- Making recommendations about procedures/policy changes.
**What You Bring to the Team**:
- Recent Graduates - up to 2 years of experience in Accounting, credit analysis, finance.
- Qualifications in business management, finance, accounting, or economics are required. Advanced English and Intermediary Spanish Proficiency is mandatory. Strong proficiency in MS Office; strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data, ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision are also essential.
