Join to apply for the Senior Software Engineer role at Cognizant About The Role As a Senior Software Engineer – Airlines Domain, you will make an impact by developing and maintaining robust software solutions that enhance airline operations. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design scalable applications, optimize performance, and ensure reliability using modern technologies. In This Role, You Will Develop and maintain software solutions using SQL Server, C#, and .NET Framework to support airline operations. Design and implement scalable applications using React.js and JavaScript. Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity through effective SQL query management. Utilize Azure cloud services to enhance application scalability and reliability. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement best practices for software development. Participate in agile development processes and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements. Work model: Hybrid We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 or 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Sao Paulo, SP. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. What You Need To Have To Be Considered Bachelor’s degree. Advanced English. SQL Server and database management. C# and .NET Framework for application development. React.js and JavaScript for front‑end development. Azure cloud services for scalability and reliability. Strong background in software engineering.
