Responsibilities

  • Review and verify the compliance, completeness, authenticity, accuracy, and legality of documents and attachments related to purchase payments and employee reimbursement
  • Accurately record procurement and payment details, complete the payment approval process in a timely manner, and ensure the correctness of related accounting entries.
  • Coordinate with local suppliers, business departments, and the finance department to resolve issues related to procurement payments and reimbursement business
  • Assist in completing month-end closing tasks, such as expense accruals and account reconciliations.
  • Assist in maintaining the accounts payable module of the financial system and Accounts payable process, provide support to local business personnel in understanding the financial system.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to complete ad hoc projects and data reports as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced English is mandatory (daily use).
  • 7 years working experience in accounts payable and a similar role and knowledge of computerized accounting system,oracle is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and local accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS office Application, especially in Excel.
  • Strong learning ability, communication skills and execution ability and strong sense of responsibility, with dedication and teamwork spirit.
