Responsibilities Implement CP's commercial strategies, ensuring the correct execution of the 5Ps at the point of sale, seeking to generate benefits for our clients and CP while proactively understanding client needs and recommending solutions to the demands of the retail environment. Achieve the sales targets for the assigned territory. Monitor territory performance by promoting periodic JVP and T2T meetings. Plan and organize administrative activities, including budget control, follow-up and payment of activities, keeping the price list updated for each client, inventory control, promotional management, contact matrix, and current account management. Ensure compliance with the company’s established credit policies. Conduct field visits to ensure the execution of planned activities, observe competitors, identify opportunities, generate analyses, and share with the sales team to develop strategies responding to market competition changes. Maintain proactive communication with clients (H&S, Distributors) and present results of quarterly plans, JVPs, etc. Analyze data generated by tools (Neogrid, Scanntech, Nielsen) to make informed decisions that drive and develop the business. Requirements University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering. Graduate from programs focused on finance, administration, marketing, or commercial area. Experience in the commercial area or consumer goods industry. Knowledge of Google tools, Office, Neogrid, Scanntech, and Nielsen. Driver’s license: B Active. Residency in Curitiba – PR. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $ – $ USD (pay determined by experience, qualifications, and location). Potential discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for executive‑level roles. Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions. Additional benefits: minimum 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays.
