SPA Manager Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SPA Manager to lead our luxury spa operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing daily operations, staff performance, and revenue targets. This role requires both operational expertise and a genuine passion for wellness and luxury hospitality. The successful candidate will be charismatic, confident, and internationally minded, with a proven ability to exceed guest expectations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily spa operations, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and fitness facilities. Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the team of therapists and receptionists. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Develop and promote spa services and wellness programs aligned with brand standards. Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve complaints, and implement continuous improvements. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in spa management, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel. Diploma or certification in spa therapy, hospitality management, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams. Strong financial acumen and proficiency with spa software (e.g., Zenoti, Book4Time). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in luxury wellness programs or holistic therapies. Knowledge of current wellness and spa trends. First Aid / CPR certification.
