The role of Spa Manager is a key position that oversees the daily operations of our luxury spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing staff performance and revenue targets. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the smooth operation of treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and fitness facilities to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Motivating and managing a team of therapists and receptionists to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets. Developing and Promoting Wellness Programs Aligning SPA services with brand standards to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall guest experience. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The following skills and qualifications are required: Strong knowledge of the spa industry, including operational best practices and business principles. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
