We're hiring : Managing Director / Regional Director Location : Based in Rio de Janeiro, BrazilReports to : Chief Executive OfficerDepartment : ExecutiveRole Purpose: The Managing Director / Regional Director is responsible for leading, developing, and profitably growing the company's operations within the assigned region, in alignment with the Group's overall strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead the regional strategy, ensuring profitability, expansion, and operational efficiency. Develop and implement growth plans aligned with the company's global vision. Manage the regional P&L, maximizing revenue and optimizing costs. Build and lead a high‑performing executive team. Foster strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Represent the company as a brand ambassador in the region. Ensure compliance with global policies and local regulations. Collaborate closely with the CEO and CFO on the company's strategic and financial performance. Ideal Profile Education : Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree preferred. Years of executive‑level experience, ideally in the travel or technology‑enabled service industry. Experience in a Travel Management Company (TMC) or Travel Company is mandatory. Key Knowledge Areas : B2B business development, commercial growth, change management, multicultural leadership, and strategic planning. Language : Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential. Based in Rio de Janeiro, with availability for local and international travel. Core Competencies and Leadership Style Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop diverse teams. Excellent communication and executive influence skills. Analytical, strategic mindset with a strong results orientation. Entrepreneurial spirit, high resilience, and execution focus.
