Team Overview:
Role Responsibilities:
- Participate in operation strategy making and daily works
- Understand local market and competition landscape, through robust investigation and research to collect data and insight
- Coordinate with business development team, product team and other stakeholders to implement various strategic projects and improve platform merchant supply quality continuously.
Role Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Critical and structured thinking, data sensative, able to diagnose and solve problems in a practical and efficient way;
- Integrity, open-minded, self-motivated. Able to adapt to fast-paced working environment. A good team player
