As an HR Operations & Payroll Team Leader, you’ll have the chance not only to lead HR & Payroll Specialists team, but also contribute to meaningful improvements, drive compliance, and work collaboratively with teams across the globe. Responsibilities Lead HR & Payroll Specialists team. Manage team recruitment, turnover, and backups. Support post-transformation journey for countries in scope. Own and continuously improve HR processes execution. Identify process / system change and enhancement requests coming from the area and submit them to the respective owner. Partner with Senior Process Owners in creating uniform, efficient, and user-friendly global HR processes (inside and outside systems). Manage all local benefit agreements and services. Supervise end-to-end delivery of administrative processes for all countries in scope. Assure service delivery is correct and on time with business continuity secured. Follow up with the payroll vendor on service levels / KPIs and the resolution of the payroll-related employee inquiries. Qualifications Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR studies an advantage. Min. 5 years of leadership experience. Proven knowledge of running payroll with external vendor concepts, policies and procedures, and administrative procedures (Hire to Retire). Experience with the global HR systems, SuccessFactors, Snow an advantage. Experience with Central Bargaining Agreements and hourly paid workforce an advantage. Knowledge of local Labor Law (USA, Brazil, Canada and Mexico) and related legislation an advantage. Great knowledge of MS Office. Great stakeholder management. Ability to work in multicultural teams and flexibility to travel. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. English – at least C1 level is a must (another language is welcome).
