Responsible for daily journal entries using ERP system (SAP) based on Finance documents, Accounting and Tax requirements (BRGAAP and USGAAP). Responsible to keep Chart of Accounts updated in ERP system under the Brazilian´s Accounting Legislation. Prepare monthly trial balances (accounting) to ensure that they accurately reflect the economic and financial situation of the company. Responsible for Fixed Assets control using ERP System (SAP), journal entries due to Amortization and Depreciation. Responsible for accounting reconciliation process. Responsible to calculate IRPJ/CSLL - (withholding tax). Responsible to generate and send to the Government all the Accounting electronic information under the Brazilian Legislation as follow:
SPED Contábil (accounting bookkeeping)
DIPJ
Inventory report
Support internal or external Audit process. Issuing Intercompany Debit Note and Service Invoice if necessary. Controlling custom expenses regarding importation of goods. Providing all accounting information to prepare Internal reports.
