Overview Employer Industry: Biopharmaceutical Company Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $278,675 Annual bonus target of 35% of the earned base salary Opportunity to participate in an equity-based long-term incentive program Comprehensive benefits package including retirement savings plan with company match, paid vacation, and health benefits Supportive and inclusive company culture focused on employee growth and development Chance to make a significant impact on patient care and treatment options in the neuroscience field What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Develop strategic plans for identifying and expanding relationships with named corporate accounts Oversee the assessment and development of corporate accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and product utilization Drive the creation of business and engagement plans to support sales in corporate accounts Lead and coach the team to execute engagement plans and maximize product pull-through Conduct regular business reviews to assess relationship status and ensure alignment with business goals What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related Scientific Field with 12+ years of experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry, or Master\'s Degree with 10+ years of similar experience Significant experience in leading a key account management function Proven ability to build relationships with integrated delivery networks (IDNs), academic hospitals, and other B2B environments Exceptional relationship management and communication skills Strong leadership skills to attract and develop talent while driving business success How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience selling to integrated delivery networks, academic hospital centers, and community hospitals Creative ability in developing business strategies and innovative solutions for customers Recognized as an internal thought leader with extensive technical and business expertise Demonstrated ability to influence top clinical decision-makers Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks for the pharmaceutical industry #Biopharmaceuticals #HealthcareLeadership #CorporateAccountManagement #CareerGrowth #InclusiveWorkplace #J-18808-Ljbffr
