Would you love to work for a global organization that is doing more good for people and the planet?Joining science and creativity, we are an international collective of thinkers who partner with customers to bring scents, tastes, experiences, ingredients and solutions for products the world craves.We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Nourish division as** Regional Finance Manager, Latin America**.As Regional Finance Manager you will primarily partner with Nourish business as a Finance advisor to the Latin America region, embracing continuous process improvements in all aspects of the role, you will focus on providing financial reporting, planning, analysis, and insights to improve the region’s financial performance.**This is a hybrid position based in Castelo, Barueri - Brazil, reporting to the Regional Finance Director**.**Position overview**:The Regional Finance Manager will work together with the Regional Finance Director in providing comprehensive finance analysis and support in planning and execution throughout the Latin American region, including:**Main responsibilities**:- Performing business analysis (P&L, Commercial, Working capital)- Finance support to regional business teams in:- Budget and Forecasts processes- Development and monitoring of operating spending budgets and forecasts.- Identification, implementation and monitoring of Economic Profit improvement initiatives.- Materials preparation and analysis for monthly/ quarterly calls with corporate functions- Pricing Negotiation tracking / Weekly Outlooks- Financial evaluation of capital projects- Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts- Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to top management in the region.**Required Skills**:- Finance / accounting background- Strong working knowledge of excel and power point. Power BI is a plus- Working knowledge in budgeting & forecasting as well as financial analysis of Capital Projects.- Strong Analytical skills- (Business) Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.**Required background**:- 3-5+ years’ experience in business analysis, business planning, business partner; Capital investment analysis is desirable**Job Relevant Competencies**:- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)- Analytical skills / Problem solving.- Ability to transform data into insights.- Peer relationships- Adaptability- Functional/Technical Skills**IFF is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer**:It’s an exciting time to be part of the IFF family.
