Business Innovation Regional Manager – Brazil Department: Sales Employment Type: Full Time Location: LATAM-Brazil-Sao Paulo Description BUSINESS INNOVATION – REGIONAL MANAGER Role Purpose The Regional Manager, Business Innovation is responsible for executing, activating, and scaling Business Innovation programs within their assigned countries. This role ensures strong local adoption, commercial activation, and cross-functional execution, translating regional programs into measurable business results. The Regional Manager supports Program Managers on building the program, representing the local needs (customer/patients) and supports local interactions for program development – but main responsibilities are around: execution, adoption, and performance in the country/region. Role expectations Key Responsibilities Support Program Development for local needs. Own the local execution of regional Business Innovation programs across assigned countries. Translate regional program standards into country-level activation plans, campaigns, and routines. Ensure programs are deployed consistently, on time, and aligned with local market realities. Drive field enablement for Sales, Marketing, and other commercial teams. Commercial & GTM Co-Leadership Team up with local GM, National Sales Leader and Area Sales Leaders. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Operations teams to embed programs into daily GTM execution. Support pipeline generation, adoption, conversion, and revenue acceleration through program activation. Ensure alignment between Business Innovation initiatives and country commercial priorities. Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the primary local connector between regional Program Managers and country teams. Mobilize country stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Ops) to support execution (and program development as a support for Program Managers). Identify operational, regulatory, or commercial barriers and coordinate solutions locally. Market Insight & Feedback Loop Provide structured market feedback to regional Program Managers to improve program standards. Share execution insights, best practices, and performance data across countries. Contribute local innovation ideas and opportunities that may inform future regional programs. Performance & Governance Own local performance tracking, adoption metrics, and execution KPIs. Ensure disciplined execution following regional standards and governance. Participate in regional program reviews, sharing results and improvement actions. Day-to-Day Activities Align with Sales and Marketing on activation plans. Run country-level adoption routines and enablement sessions. Monitor usage, pipeline, and execution KPIs. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Ops to unblock execution. Provide structured feedback to Program Managers. Support pilots, launches, and campaign execution. Communicate progress and risks to regional leadership. Key Interactions Internal: Sales Leadership, Marketing, Clinical, Finance, Legal, Operations, Program Managers (Regional). External: Selected key accounts, partners, vendors (as required for execution). What Success Looks Like High adoption and consistent execution across countries. Clear linkage between programs and commercial results. Strong engagement from Sales and local stakeholders. Rapid identification and resolution of execution barriers. Reliable market feedback, improving regional program design. What we're looking for Required Experience & Skills 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, or Business Development. Proven experience leading go-to-market execution and cross-functional teams. Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive adoption and results. Ability to operate in complex, multi-country environments. Experience in medical devices, dental, healthcare, or technology preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus. Advanced English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
