Business Innovation Regional Manager - Brazil Department : SalesLocation : LATAM-Brazil-Sao Paulo The Regional Manager, Business Innovation is responsible for executing, activating, and scaling Business Innovation programs within their assigned countries. This role ensures strong local adoption, commercial activation, and cross-functional execution, translating regional programs into measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Support Program Development for local needs. Own the local execution of regional Business Innovation programs across assigned countries. Translate regional program standards into country-level activation plans, campaigns, and routines. Ensure programs are deployed consistently, on time, and aligned with local market realities. Drive field enablement for Sales, Marketing, and other commercial teams. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Operations teams to embed programs into daily GTM execution. Identify operational, regulatory, or commercial barriers and coordinate solutions locally. Own local performance tracking, adoption metrics, and execution KPIs. Qualifications 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, or Business Development. Proven experience leading go-to-market execution and cross-functional teams. Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive adoption and results. Ability to operate in complex, multi-country environments. Experience in medical devices, dental, healthcare, or technology preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
