The role of the **Project Manager** within the business is to facilitate the needs of the client by running the project process, owning the schedule, and tracking the output of the practitioners to ensure our work is delivered on time, on budget, and meeting standards, and client goals.
Execution and leadership will be part of a daily basis.
**Qualifications**
- Basic-Medium English
- Mid-level project management fundamentals (e.g., schedule dependency and critical path) and can exercise them on a project with guidance.
- Hands-on execution and leading by example are required
- Basic experience identifying unique project circumstances requiring escalation to team leadership.
- Basic experience effectively managing 5-10 projects at a time
- Nurturing positive, collaborative working relationships with internal & external stakeholders through regular communication and Client Plan ownership (often across multi-project workstreams).
- Basic experience in Risk management and problem-solving
- Mid-Experience using project management tools for task/time/resource management
- Mid-experience using project management methodologies including waterfall and agile
- A passion for digital and a desire to develop and enhance skills
**What You'll Need**
- Knowledge of Google's technology stack is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, dealing with stakeholders at executive and managing levels
- Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement along with proposed solutions.
- Basic Experience supporting Senior Management levels initiatives
- Basic Experience in client-facing at middle management

- Knowledge of the broader marketing mix
- An understanding of the technologies and processes involved in managing digital project delivery within an agency environment
