**O projeto**: Estamos procurando excepcionais Delivery Sucess Managers para esta oportunidade híbrida, 1 vez na semana em São Paulo, de trabalhar em um cliente, uma seguradora que conta com recursos globais e autonomia local, atendendo às necessidades específicas, e promovendo soluções diferenciadas e inovadoras. Atua nos segmentos comercial, industrial, varejo e digital, presente em mais de 100 países nos ramos de seguros e resseguros há mais de 35 anos. Você atuará como maestro do fluxo de entrega. Esse papel garante que o cliente receba o produto ou serviço prometido de forma eficiente, dentro do prazo e que atenda às suas expectativas, trabalhando para construir um relacionamento duradouro e satisfatório com o cliente. O (A) **DSM** é responsável por orquestrar o time de delivery, remover impedimentos e dar visibilidade executiva das entregas, assegurando eficiência operacional e fluidez entre times.**Principais Responsabilidades**- Sustentar **ritmo e cadência das squads**, garantindo que ritos como weeklies, reviews e syncs sejam produtivos e consistentes.- Promover **previsibilidade de entregas**, apoiando planejamento, acompanhamento de execução e alinhamento entre stakeholders.- **Remover impedimentos** que bloqueiem ou desacelerem o fluxo, atuando em gargalos de dependências, integrações com sistemas legados e processos burocráticos.- Ser a **ponte com áreas de governança e agilidade**, garantindo aderência a boas práticas, compliance e frameworks de forma leve e pragmática.- **Organizar e reportar indicadores de fluxo** (lead time, throughput, taxa de bloqueios, etc.) para GPM, Product Leaders e Superintendência.- Colaborar com Product Managers, Tech Leads e Agilistas para promover **entregas consistentes, sustentáveis e com qualidade**.- Atuar como **facilitador(a) do alinhamento entre múltiplas squads**, garantindo que dependências sejam visíveis e tratadas antecipadamente.**Requisitos**:- Experiência prévia como **Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, Project Manager, Agile Delivery ou funções similares** em ambientes digitais ou de tecnologia.- **Forte capacidade de organização**, facilitando cadência e previsibilidade em múltiplos contextos.- Habilidade em **mapear, priorizar e remover impedimentos complexos**, envolvendo áreas técnicas e de negócio.- Conhecimento em **métricas de fluxo de entrega** (lead time, cycle time, throughput, WIP, etc.).- Excelente capacidade de **comunicação e influência**, transitando entre executivos, gestores e times operacionais.- Mentalidade pragmática, capaz de equilibrar **velocidade, compliance e qualidade**.**Requisitos diferenciais**:- Certificações ou vivência em **Scrum, Kanban, SAFe ou outras metodologias ágeis**.- Experiência em **ambientes enterprise** com múltiplas squads e integrações complexas.- Atuação em **consultorias de tecnologia** ou projetos digitais de grande porte.- Conhecimento em **ferramentas de gestão ágil** (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
