Aldrin Labs is looking to hire an Affiliate Marketing Manager based in Brazil to grow our global affiliate network and implement execute effective marketing strategies, with a focus on Brazil.
You will:
- Take ownership and build for all affiliate types including niche blog publishers, large publisher networks, social influencers, and professional super-affiliates
- Monitor performance metrics and revenue targets across all affiliate channels to guide and manage priorities
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, affiliates, and influencers, understanding their needs and priorities
- Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates
- Build reports using internal data, optimizing overall affiliate channel performance
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience, ideally in the fintech space
- Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
- Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics
- Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and the crypto market is a plus
- Strong country-wide knowledge of the affiliate ecosystem in Brazil
- A high standard of written and spoken English, plus native Portuguese
