A AutoForce possui uma carteira de clientes de referência do setor automotivo, desde grandes grupos multinacionais como a Stellantis, até concessionárias de veículos, revendas e montadoras espalhadas pelo Brasil.

O que esperamos de você:

Como SDR , você irá gerar novas oportunidades de vendas para a empresa, identificando potenciais clientes e qualificando leads para a equipe de vendas. Isso é feito através da prospecção ativa, qualificação de leads e agendamento de reuniões com potenciais clientes. O objetivo final é aumentar o pipeline de vendas e impulsionar o crescimento da empresa.

  • Atuar na identificação e prospecção ativa de novas oportunidades de negócio;
  • Interagir com leads via telefone, e-mail, chat ou Whatsapp para entender se possuem fit com as nossas soluções;
  • Realizar a qualificação de leads através do nosso CRM;
  • Entender e solucionar as principais objeções dos leads;
  • Repasse de leads qualificados através de agendamentos de reuniões com o time de vendas;
  • Perseguir as metas de eficiência e produtividade;
  • Propor melhorias e processos para o crescimento da área;
  • Ter brilho nos olhos pela área comercial e foco em resultados;
  • Boa comunicação e escuta ativa;
  • Resiliência - Ser uma pessoa determinada, que não desiste fácil;
  • Facilidade em lidar com situações de alta pressão e demanda;
  • Muita vontade e abertura para aprender;
  • Pensamento analítico;
  • Organização e adaptabilidade;
  • Uso correto da língua portuguesa e adequação às normas gramaticais;
  • Conhecimento no Pacote Gsuite (Google);
  • Vivência profissional em empresas de tecnologia, Startups ou SaaS;
  • Conhecimento do HubSpot ou outro CRM de mercado;
  • Contorno de objeções;
  • Técnicas de persuasão e negociação.
Diferenciais:
  • Vivência no setor automotivo;
  • Ensino superior em Administração, Publicidade, Engenharia(s) ou áreas afins.
