Job Title: KZN Flexicare Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at Discovery Limited. As a KZN Flexicare Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting telesales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct telesales and communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our products and services.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets and quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an outbound telesales environment.
  2. Minimum 1 year of health product knowledge, with Discovery Health knowledge being an advantage.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  5. PC literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
