Executive Recruiter - Remote Work Join BairesDev as an Executive Recruiter. In this remote role, you will identify, assess, and secure top executive talent for the company and our clients. You will partner with hiring managers to build high-impact teams and support end-to-end recruitment processes. What You’ll Do Develop search strategies to identify executive and senior-level candidates. Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit. Support offer negotiations and placement processes to secure top talent. Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout recruitment. Develop professional networks to source qualified candidates. Stay informed about market trends to enhance recruitment strategies. Maintain recruitment documentation and candidate information. Work with internal teams to understand hiring needs. Requirements Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Good communication skills in English. Familiarity with the U.S. market recruitment.
