Overview

Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT industry. Sweden needs skilled engineers. Currently ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with clients in Sweden. As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.

Responsibilities
  • Find engineers and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and manage relocation-related tasks with a global team and Swedish management.
  • Coordinate with Swedish delivery management to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).
  • Support employees’ relocation journey and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
What you will work with
  • Clients in software development, R&D, cybersecurity, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.
  • Durable and persistent, with the capacity to take a "no" as a reason to try harder.
  • Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.
Contract and Benefits
  • Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
  • Minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime compensation 1:1.
  • Location: remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Paid national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem.
