Job Description

As a senior headhunter you will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are great by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is a big leap, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and our Swedish delivery management team handling relocation logistics.

We fix visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and related arrangements for our employees. Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in multiple countries including Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.

You will be part of an efficient team with a focus on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Telescope\'s core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute recruitment for IT engineers with a focus on Sweden.
  • Build trust with candidates and inform them about relocation benefits.
  • Collaborate with global recruiters and local delivery teams to manage relocation logistics.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of local engineering talent within IT.
Required competence
  • At least 5 years of professional recruitment experience in IT or similar technical field.
  • Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Service oriented with flexible problem-solving mindset.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of IT technologies and ability to learn new ones.
  • Analytical, organized, detail-oriented with recruitment closing ability.
  • Self-confident, sociable, motivated.
  • Resilient with a positive attitude toward overcoming objections.
  • Passionate about success with a professional yet relaxed attitude.
  • Responsive and professional appearance.
Contract and Location
  • Full-time, long-term contract as Private Entrepreneur.
  • Minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: remote or coworking space of your choice.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Paid national holidays with maintained payment; 20 paid vacation days.
  • Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
